YAY! if you are seeing this page, it is because you purchased a kit and are officially part of our oily family. I am so excited for you and know you will absolutely love these! I know how overwhelming it is when you first get your oils, so I wanted to create a page to help you get started.
The Daily Squeeze- This is a Facebook group that is extremely active and has all kinds of information in it. You can search anything in the search area, read over the posts, or ask any questions you have (I am here for any questions as well) but this is an amazing group to be a part of! Simply click HERE and fill out the disclaimer and once you do, let me know that you have filled it out (I cannot see once it gets signed so make sure to let me know) and once you let me know I will get you added in! For the referrer, put Bethany Belle so the admin can find me easily if they need to.
Happy Oils Handbook- This is another great resource and your own handbook to look through. Here is the link to open that: Happy Oils Handbook
Testimonials- Here is an amazing site that you can create a free account on, to read testimonials and search for pretty much anything you could imagine wanting to read about when it comes to oils! Oil Testimonials
Carrier oils- Carrier oils are a very important part of essential oils and probably the thing that overwhelmed me the most when I first started (and I promise they become second nature). What is a carrier oil? A carrier oil is a fatty oil we use to dilute essential oils. Our essential oils are very pure and a little goes a long way. Many of them are considered “hot” oils. These oils will burn your skin if they are not diluted. Some of the more popular carrier oils are coconut, grapeseed, almond, and olive oil. You can choose what you like best. I personally love coconut oil for anything I want solid, such as a cream or lotion. I love grapeseed and almond if I want to rub it on as a normal oil or create a blend and put it in a roller bottle. I typically use olive oil when I am ingesting them with a veggie capsule. You can play around with things, figure out what you love and choose your carrier oils of choice. With children and babies, you always want to dilute and you want to dilute more than you would for adults. Remember oils are pure and a tiny bit goes a long way. This is a great thing to search and learn about in The Daily Squeeze, or you can ask me anything about them to help get you all that fun information!
Glass- ALWAYS use glass and not plastic when using essential oils… whether it be a glass of water you are drinking with oil in it or a spray bottle to make a cleaner with. The oils remove toxins and break down synthetics, so in plastic they will release the toxins and all that junky stuff from the plastic will end up in whatever you are using… which you do not want.
This Natural Nest- If you are a lady, ask us to add you to our private group- This Natural Nest, for all things oil and holistic health related! If you are a male, ask us to add you to one of the male groups we have.

Diffusers– to clean your diffuser, vinegar or rubbing alcohol are the best options. Brush over the metal plate with it (if it is really needed you can soak it in vinegar over night). Be careful what you choose to clean it with and for myself personally, I actually do not clean mine all the time, just as it seems to need it. If you are cleaning it, be careful to only have the water in the places it is meant to go and avoid getting water in areas of the diffuser it should be avoided.
Make sure you are using the type of water that is specific for that diffuser, it will effect the diffuser if you do something different. Never use hot water, heating your oils will break down the properties and benefits of the oil, so make sure it is not hot water you are using in the diffuser.
There should be a fill line (a lot of times it is a red dot) make sure you are not filling the diffuser past that line, or it will effect how much, or if the diffuser will diffuse.
If something goes wrong or happens, they are covered under a warranty! Always let me (or whoever your sponsor is) know what is going on, so we can help make sure you are able to use the diffuser we all love and are so obsessed with
