We add these to smoothies or water (choosing a few different ones each time):
Tip – get a small handheld frother to mix powders well in juice

We use both magnesium flake & dead sea salt soaks
(we love to add Frankincense or Northern Lights Black Spruce to ours)
We love to use this for around our noses!
It soothes to help with any rawness. It also adds protection around our noses in an area that germs can easily get in.
TIPS
- Rest… go get in bed
- Wash hands often
- Eat nourishing foods
- Limit sugar intake
- Keep lungs healthy (steam tents, and then patting the back all over)
- Steam tents are one of the best tools to know about for wellness!
- Stay hydrated
- Wash sheets
- Replace toothbrushes with new ones
- Have a good naturopath and chiropractor to see as needed
