I am a huge fan of Dead Sea Salt! It has so many benefits for our health, which includes helping replenish over 20 minerals, including magnesium (and that alone is HUGE)!
INGRIDIENTS:
- 2 cups Dead Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil)
- 15 – 20 drops of your favorite essential oils (we only use Young Living)
- Any add ins (dried flowers, etc) if you wish
- Jar or glass container to store them (glass tubes found here)
A couple of our favorite essential oils to use for this recipe are:
Lavender or Northern Lights Black Spruce (which smells like a forest full of trees with fresh fallen snow…. is MAGICAL)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a glass bowl mix together all the ingredients
- Put them in their glass storage jar
