Hygge
It is slowing down and savoring the simple things in life.

Cultivating connection, making memories, having gratitude.
It is a hug without the embrace.
When people think of hygge, they usually think of the cooler seasons and things like being cozy by the fire (which I am alllll about)!
It goes so much deeper than that though, and can be cultivated in any season.
